Δρ Chetna Tailor received her Doctor of Medicine degree from The Πανεπιστήμιο του Δυτικού Οντάριο.  She completed her training in Internal Medicine and then sub-specialized in Endocrinology at The Πανεπιστήμιο της Οττάβας where she served as chief resident.  She has received her certification in Internal Medicine and subsequently in Endocrinology and Metabolism by The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
