Join us for this fun, FREE, interactive event where you will learn easy exercises you can do at home, plus participate in a 20 minute light exercise session!

Regular physical activity helps to maintain or improve overall health, control weight, and prevent or manage chronic diseases including type 2 diabetes. At LMC we are committed to making healthy easy, and so we are launching LMC Gets Fit at many of our clinics this spring to help our community members learn easy ways to get started with fitness.
