萨拉-蒙索内戈博士 obtained her medical degree at 麦吉尔大学 in Montreal. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine, and specialized in Endocrinology & Metabolism at The Ottawa Hospital. She also served as chief resident during the last year of her fellowship.

Dr. Monsonego has received awards for poster and oral research presentations at national and international conferences, including the Endocrine Society and Canadian Society of Endocrinology & Metabolism. She also has publications in the Canadian Journal of Diabetes.

Dr. Monsonego is interested in all areas of endocrinology, including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary diseases. She is particularly interested in diabetes during pregnancy.
