Protect your feet<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>If you have neuropathy, do\u00a0not go without shoes, even in the home<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Inspect shoes for foreign objects, animal hair, pebbles, etc., prior to putting them on<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Avoid socks with seams that may rub and cause blisters or other skin injuries, and white socks are best<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3. Exercise<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Walking can help with improving circulation, weight\u00a0management, and overall\u00a0mental health<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Daily exercise helps to maintain blood sugar levels within ideal range<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>4. Self-care at Home<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Avoid cutting your own toenails if you have neuropathy and cannot easily reach and see your nails.
