These things include lifestyle changes, such as diet and exercise.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">When it comes to being active, a good starting message is that any movement is better than no movement! If you are new to physical activity or exercise, you do not need start with a marathon. Instead, start by walking 15 minutes more per day.
