It\u2019s not too late!<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Wash your hands frequently to keep germ transfer to a minimum.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Get enough sleep in order to help your immune system function at its best.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Drink enough water to make up for the drier air and other winter activities you are doing.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Wear a mask when you\u2019re not in your \u201cbubble\u201d, especially if you will be within 2 meters of others or in rooms without fresh air circulating.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Avoid touching your face.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>As much as possible, try to keep at least 2 meters apart from others when you are running errands or at appointments. Most places already have marks for this when waiting in lines, but try to also keep this in mind when you\u2019re out and about.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Get enough exercise. Even if it\u2019s cold out or going to the gym might be restricted, you can still get some exercise at home.\u00a0 Walk around, do stairs, lift books or canned goods as weights, jump rope, dance like no one is looking \u2013 there are many creative and fun ways to get moving around the house!<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Holiday season reminders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h3>Busy, busy, busy!\u00a0 The holidays tend to be accompanied by changes in our routines.\u00a0 Here are some reminders to keep you healthy:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Take your medications as prescribed, and try not to miss your dose.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Get your prescription refills before the holidays. Make sure you have enough medication to get you through the holidays so you don\u2019t run out and have to rush for a refill.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Stay hydrated.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Ask your pharmacist about over-the-counter medication for your cold or flu symptoms.
