  • Insulin Pump Therapy

Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to:

  • Understand and be in control of your Diabetes
  • Prevent complications
  • Improve quality of life

LMC will assist and support you every step of the way.

Workshops from beginner to advanced learning include:

  • Diabetes 101, 102, 203
  • Advanced Carbohydrate Counting
  • Conquering Cholesterol
  • Supermarket Smarts
  • Advanced Pumping

Individual Programs include:

  • One on one counseling
  • Type 1 transition; designed to ease you from pediatric care to adult care in a supportive and informative manner
  • Insulin Pump Therapy; offers education for all levels of pump therapy

We are a certified ADP (Assisted Devices Program) Clinic.
