I would like to see one of the Endocrinologists at LMC. What is the process?
To see one of our Endocrinologists, you must have your family physician fax us a letter of referral along with any recent blood work and/or diagnostic tests to one of the convenient locations. Once we receive the referral, we will inform your family physician of the appointment date and time. (Please note there is a tab on our home page for a referral form for your family physician.)

Please note that any questions submitted in relation to appointments or lab results will not be addressed here.  Cancellations will not be accepted via the website and must be completed over the phone to avoid cancellation fees.  If you wish to change or cancel an appointment, please contact your LMC administrators via telephone.
